SAKUMA Kazuko is the Resident Executive Officer and Regional Head for Asia Pacific of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and stationed in Singapore since June 2024.SAKUMA also sits on the Board of the Directors of Credit Guarantee Investment Facility (CGIF, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank), which is a key component of the ASIA Bond Market Initiative leading by ASEAN+3 together with ADB.SAKUMA started her career at The Export Import Bank of Japan in 1994 after graduating from TOKYO University in Japan. She is experienced in Human Resources Management and Energy Finance sector.
