Keiju Mitsuhashi

"Keiju Mitsuhashi is Energy Director, covering Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Southeast Asia and Pacific operations, and concurrently Emerging Areas.
Keiju has more than 25 years of professional work experience. He has extensive experience in upstream to downstream activities of project financing covering, power generation, transmission and distribution systems.
As a regional energy director for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, Keiju aspires to develop project pipeline of over $10 billion. His current focus includes promotion of regional power trade, clean energy transition, project development and implementation, and private sector development.
Prior to this position, Keiju was Deputy Country Director for ADB Viet Nam Resident Mission in Ha Noi. He joined ADB in 2009 as Energy Specialist for Central and West Asia, and was assigned to Tashkent as Senior Energy Specialist for 2014–2017. He is a national of Japan, and has a Doctorate from the University of Sussex, the United Kingdom."
