Liu Fenglin

Mr. Liu Fenglin currently serves as Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Project Office at Yutian New Energy Co., Ltd. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Tsinghua University, a Master of Science from the University of Adelaide, and a Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne.With eight years of dedicated experience in Australia's power industry and energy management sector, he has also accumulated over a decade of management expertise in China's natural gas industry. Additionally, he possesses extensive hands-on experience in new energy project development and implementation. Since 2014, he has served as Deputy General Manager of Henan Tianlun Gas Group Co., Ltd., overseeing the overall work of the group's information system construction, transportation gas division, gas source trading division, value-added services division, smart manufacturing business, photovoltaic new energy, and integrated energy utilization division. He pioneered the "gas-electricity coordination" model and innovated comprehensive energy development models for various users, especially zero-carbon parks, making outstanding contributions to enhancing the group's digital and intelligent capabilities and supporting the sustainable development of its business through continuous innovation. Since 2018, Mr. Liu has been responsible for the Air Quality Improvement Project under the ADB-funded Clean Fuel Transition Investment Program in Henan Province (part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Greater Regional Initiative). He has spearheaded coal-to-gas conversion projects benefiting over 2 million rural households in Henan, and oversaw the construction of China's largest biomass-to-natural gas production facility. Mr. Liu has established a distinguished reputation in rural energy reform and clean technology innovation.
