She currently serves as the Treasurer of ACEN and the Chief Finance Officer of both ACEIC and ACE International. Her leadership in these roles reflects a deep commitment to financial excellence and strategic growth.Before joining ACEN, Cecile was the Chief Finance Officer of Manila Water from 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, she served as the Treasurer of Ayala Corporation from 2014 to 2018, where she played a pivotal role in managing the corporation’s financial strategies and capital structure.Her extensive career spans several prominent organizations, including Makati Business Club, Sun Hung Kai Securities, Metro Pacific Corporation, Steniel Manufacturing Corporation, Globe Telecom, Altimax Broadcasting Co. Inc., and Bethlehem Holdings, Inc. Her diverse experience across industries has equipped her with a broad and insightful perspective on financial operations and corporate governance.In addition to her corporate roles, Cecile has made significant contributions to academia. She has taught finance at the De La Salle Graduate School of Business and the Asian Institute of Management, and economics at the Ateneo de Manila University, sharing her expertise with future leaders in business and economics.Cecile holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors Program) from the Ateneo de Manila University.
