Michelle is currently working at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as an Events Management and Logistics Consultant in various sectors like Energy, Finance, Transport, and Knowledge. She has been with ADB for nine years. Previously, Michelle handled ADB official events from pre-event, onsite, and post-event support to ADB host organizers, including those attended by high-level participants and ADB Management. Over the years, she coordinated with various business units and external suppliers on administrative and logistical arrangements for official ADB events at ADB headquarters. She also contributed to the enhancement of online registration, facility booking systems, and other similar programs. With her various experiences in event management, she would like to continue making all events sustainable. Michelle has over 12 years of event management experience, from social to corporate events. She is also managing some events outside of ADB. She managed some events for Energy Secure Philippines, a project of the U.S. Agency for International Development and for the Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance. She has diverse experience in both virtual and in-person events.
