Sadyrov Alpbek Adylovich - General Director of Electric Power Plants OJSC since April 2025. Previously, he had been working as the Director of Bishkek Thermal Power Plant from January to July 2024. He has more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector of Kyrgyzstan, having worked his way up from technical and engineering positions to senior positions in specialized government agencies and energy enterprises. Under his leadership, Electric Power Plants OJSC manages the country’s key hydropower facilities, including the Toktogul and Tash-Kumyr HPPs, providing more than 80% of all electricity in Kyrgyzstan. He actively participates in implementation of projects on modernization of energy capacities, improvement of the reliability of energy supply and development of international cooperation in the energy sector.
