Susann leads knowledge management at ADB, where her team also established the Innovation Hub to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration. She spearheaded ADB’s first futures and foresight program and led ADB’s first technology innovation challenge. Her team developed a comprehensive approach to knowledge management, enhancing the interaction between digital technology and human behavior to generate, capture, share, and apply knowledge.
