Dr. Unurmaa Tsevegjav is a senior executive with over 30 years of professional experience in the energy sector, spanning both public and private domains. She has held key leadership positions within the National Dispatching Center of the Power System of Mongolia, including Deputy Director for Finance and Power Marketing, Head of the Power Systems Analysis and Planning Department, and Head of the Power Market Department.In 2007, she earned her Ph.D. from the Melentiev Siberian Energy Institute (MSEI), Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS). Her doctoral research focused on "Mathematical models and methods for the calculation and analysis of steady-state modes of the electric power system of Mongolia."Her research interests encompass power system modeling, the operation and dynamic performance of large-scale interconnections, reliability and security analysis, system control and restoration, power market, as well as the development of national, international, and intercontinental electric power grids.
