Victor (Certified ERP, GARP-USA) is presently the CEO & Co-founder of EMA Solutions (New Delhi), South Asia’s leading Predictive Analytics and Trade Automation service provider, servicing over 40 Utilities, including providing Analytics Tools for South Asia Cross-Border Trade. EMA’s leading analytics tools include P-STAT (India’s leading Power Market Analytics Platform) and P-OPT (India’s most advanced LP based Dispatch Optimisation & Trade Automation Platform), along with AI/ML based Price/Generation/Load Forecasting. He served as Power Market Advisor to USAID (SAREP), supporting SA Countries of Bhutan and Nepal in Cross-Border Trading. He has co-authored whitepaper on Electricity Resource Planning for India, published by USAID. Earlier, he worked as a consultant advising & supporting Utilities like DGPC Bhutan, NEA Nepal, BSES Delhi, AP TRANSCO, UPPCL, BSPHCL, Teesta Hydro, etc with Power Portfolio Management. He has also assisted CERC in drafting the Power Trading and Power Market Regulations and also worked with IEX in Market Operations and New Product Development.
