Wei Zhou

Wei is a long-term consultant at ADB. His work includes developing institutional documents, designing and preparing new loan and technical assistance projects, evaluating completed projects, preparing methodological guidelines for GHG accounting, developing carbon finance projects, and producing ADB knowledge products such as working papers. He was a visiting scholar at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies and the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Wei holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Energy Institute, UK.
