Xavier is the Global Director for Consulting and New Technologies in Sener Mobility and has 25+ years of experience in engineering and consulting specialized in management of large infrastructure project which has been developed by multidisciplinary teams. During his career he has led several projects in Philippines, Vietnam, India, USA, Algeria, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, France, Italy, Kuwait, Oman, Morocco, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Tunisia, United Kingdom, and UAE. Xavier has experience in the design of strategies for energy transition and decarbonization of infrastructures and buildings, the development of green ports and the adoption of new technologies for energy-efficiency with participation of the public and the private sector.
