Gilles leads the energy transition activities of EY in Southeast Asia, working with Governments, state-owned utilities and private sector clients across the electricity value chain on matters of policy to enable the energy transition, transformation towards net zero, investment strategy, equity and debt fundraising for the deployment of renewable energy and sustainable financing. Gilles has 27-year experience in the Asian electricity markets as a consultant and previously as a senior banker.
