Group or Proxy Registration

Onsite Registration opens on Monday, 8 June 2026 at the ACEF venue. Online registration is recommended to secure your spot and avoid queues on-site.

Visa Endorsement Letter: The deadline to submit your request for a visa endorsement letter is May 8, 2026. Visa endorsement letters will be issued to participants from ADB Developing Member Countries and paying participants. Please notify us at acef2026@adb.org well in advance.

The Early Bird rate is available from 16 March to 1 May 2026. After 1 May, the Regular Rate applies until the close of online registration on 11 June 2026.
Credit card payment is accepted for online and onsite registration (Visa and Mastercard only). Bank transfer is available upon request only until 15 May. Cash payment is accepted for onsite registration.

No, there is no group discount. However, an early bird rate is available until 1 May.
Online registration is available through the ACEF registration portal. Select your pass type, complete the registration form, and proceed with payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration..
Refunds are only available for credit card payments, and refund and cancellation requests are subject to the approval of the ACEF Secretariat (“The Organizer”) and subject to applicable bank charges/card fees. No refund/cancellation will be honored once the forum has started. Processing of refunds will take 7-20 business days depending on the terms and conditions of the payee’s bank.
