Daniel Wiedmer is a finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure finance in emerging markets in Asia and Africa. As Director of the Private Sector Infrastructure Division, he leads ADB's infrastructure finance team responsible for Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Pacific Islands. He has structured and closed various innovative projects, including renewables and battery energy storage, recycling, data center, water, electric mobility, transport and complex cross-border project finance transactions. He has led his teams to win more than 30 Deal of the Year Awards.
