Rishikesh Mishra is a Program Manager with the Energy Program at WRI India, leading project implementation on energy access across the health, education, and livelihood sectors. He specializes in designing and developing technical requirements for sustainable energy solutions and works closely with partner agencies to enhance their capacity in planning, monitoring, and sustaining energy interventions. With over 10 years of experience across Indian states and through international collaborations, he focuses on renewable energy integration, energy efficiency, and decentralized energy systems to improve energy infrastructure in underserved regions.He holds a Master’s in Power Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dibrugarh University. He is deeply committed to the intersection of energy systems, environmental sustainability, and inclusive development.
