WANG Ying is the Vice President of Hinner Tech and CEO of HinnerZenergy. She holds both a Master's degree (2001) and a Bachelor's degree (1998) from Xi’an Jiaotong University. A recognized expert in submarine and high-voltage cables in China since 2008, she has actively contributed to international and national technical bodies. WANG has been involved in CIGRE B1 since 2013, including participation in Working Group B1.47 and serving as the AORC China Convenor since 2020. She is also a long-standing member of multiple committees under the China Institute of Electrical Technology and the China Institute of Electrical Engineering, and chaired the “New Developments” session at Jicable 2015.
