Jeesun Han heads up the Energy - Asia and Eastern Europe team at FMO. She is responsible for debt investments in the energy sector in emerging markets east of the EU, accountable for ~USD 200mln in annual new production. With 20+ years of infrastructure investment and negotiation across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Americas, she brings extensive energy and transaction experience in both private and public sector. Prior to FMO, she worked at SK Energy (Seoul), World Bank (Washington DC), and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) (Beijing), gaining various perspectives from developer, sponsor to development financing institutions, in direct equity, project financing, corporate and government lending, and fund investments. Jeesun holds a master’s from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania.
