Lathika is a Project Lead in Aurora’s Wider Asia Advisory team, where she is responsible for the delivery of analytical and strategic projects for energy developers, investors, offtakers, and governments. At Aurora, she has led a range of commercial advisory and due diligence engagements, including market entry strategy, investment screening, and project-level evaluations for large-scale renewable energy assets, including wind projects, across Asia-Pacific. Her work focuses on the commercial drivers of renewable energy investments, including power market dynamics, revenue modelling, and investment strategy, advising clients on key investment and financing decisions.
She brings over 9 years of experience in renewable energy, decarbonisation, and sustainability consulting. Before joining Aurora, Lathika was at ENGIE Impact, where she led projects across sustainability topics including decarbonisation strategy, renewable energy procurement, climate and nature risk, and carbon markets strategy. Prior to that, she led client acquisition and strategic partnerships with government innovation agencies, corporate innovation arms, and research institutions in the energy and smart city industries, and worked as an innovation consultant supporting investments in cleantech startups and pilot projects.
