Ken brings over 25 years of combined IT infrastructure and OT cybersecurity experience, with the last 4 years as a client facing Dragos Principal Industrial Consultant across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Dragos, he spent over 11 years at Shell's upstream and downstream divisions in progressively senior roles, ultimately serving as the OT Technical Authority, leading a team of field engineers and signing off on cybersecurity design and operational changes. He holds CISSP and GICSP certifications. His background is particularly strong in the areas that matter most in large scale brownfield OT integration for cybersecurity, such as security architecture, SCADA and safety instrumented system protection, and translating regulatory and standards requirements into practical operational controls across teams. He has direct experience with the process control systems, network segmentation challenges, and IT/OT convergence risks that define complex environments.
