Charles Girard is the Global Director at CTC Global, where he partners with energy CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to drive grid expansion and digitalization worldwide. In previous roles with the World Bank, the Québec Government, Desjardins, and Deloitte, he helped enable and supervised more than US$10 billion in transmission line investments, alongside a broad range of energy projects. Charles is also a certified MBTI business coach and Adjunct Faculty at the U.S. Foreign Service Institute, where he teaches the next generation of global leaders. He holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and a bachelor’s degree from McGill University, has lived in over eight countries, and has worked in more than 60.
