Ember
Lam is an Energy Analyst at Ember, specializing in energy system modelling and analysis to support and accelerate the energy transition across Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Ember, Lam worked at an Australian consulting company, where he collaborated with organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank on renewable energy initiatives across the region. His work addressed key challenges including coal phase-out pathways, regional power system interconnection, and critical assessment of energy policies.
Lam holds a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy from the University of Canterbury and a bachelor’s degree in Physics.
