Talha Manzoor serves as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Water Informatics and Technology (WIT) at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. At the Centre he is also the Associate Director of Operations. His work includes modeling and decision making for socio-hydrological systems, and the application of integrated assessment frameworks for large-scale planning in the Indus basin. In his research, he employs experiential learning tools to study human-water interactions. He also designs in-situ observation networks to investigate vulnerable catchments where humans act as both drivers and recipients of hydrological change.
