H.E. Keo Rottanak is Cambodia’s Minister of Mines and Energy and Third Vice Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia. He previously led Électricité du Cambodge from 2008 to 2023. A National Assembly member since 2013, he represents Krakor, Pursat province. His earlier roles include senior positions at the former Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, and the Asian Development Bank. He holds master’s degrees from the International University of Japan and Columbia University and is a recipient of Monbusho and Fulbright scholarships and Cambodia's Medal of Cheatopaka.
