Code of Conduct

The organizers of the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) have prepared this Code of Conduct to provide guidance for all participants about the values we want to promote during the forum, and the type of respectful and collaborative behavior we wish to encourage.

At ACEF, we wish to foster an environment characterized by the following values:

ACEF participants are expected to conform to a high standard of mutual respect, integrity and conduct at all times. Participants must behave in a manner that creates an environment free of harassment and bullying. In their dealings with others during the forum, participants must not discriminate; are expected to act inclusively and respectfully; and to show consideration for others, as well as respect and tolerance for diverse cultures and beliefs.

At ACEF, we wish to promote and encourage a positive conference environment of dignity and mutual respect toward all colleagues (regardless of hierarchical role or rank), in which inappropriate behavior and misconduct, including harassment, bullying and retaliation, are not tolerated.

We want all ACEF participants to be happy at our event and to enjoy the experience. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our event for everyone, and we would like to be informed of any such incidents.
