CHEN Xin is Deputy Director General of the Department of Standards and Norms of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD). In recent years, she has been actively involved in advancing housing and urban-rural development policy, with a particular focus on standards, technological innovation, green and low-carbon development, and the dissemination and application of research findings and technical outputs across the sector.
