Vallabha Rao is a senior energy professional with over 3-decades of experience in driving power sector reforms, adaption of new technologies, renewable energy deployment, climate finance initiatives, and regional co-operation promotion in South Asia. He has been associated in structuring of blended finance mechanisms in energy sector projects in India. He presently serving as a Lead Project Officer (Energy) at India Resident Mission, Asian Development Bank, where he leads in energy sector portfolio management and supporting development of pipeline projects, that specifically focussed on Clean Fuels development projects in India. Vallabha holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Delhi University.
