Majed AlUteibi is the Deputy Minster for Oil and Gas Technical & Regulatory Affairs at the Ministry of Energy in KSA since 2021. Majed has 26 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry mostly with reservoir management, drilling engineering, production engineering, and most recently leading the production operations at the famous Ghawar field. Majed holds a BS degree in chemical engineering and an MS degree in petroleum engineering. Majed was also the chairman of the Board for the Saudi Council of Engineers between 2021 and 2023.
