Everything you need to know to prepare for your participation at the Asia Clean Energy Forum 2026 in Manila.
On 8 June, ADB will open its doors for ACEF participants to get ready for the week of clean energy deliberations. Participants can come in from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to register onsite, pay the registration fee, and claim their ID badges.

Valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) to receive your ADB-issued building access ID and QR code for session tracking.
Important: No conference bags or printed agendas or other conference materials will be distributed. All conference materials have been made available online and through the event mobile app.
All session details, presentations, and materials will be accessible through the event app. Download it ahead of your arrival.
Presentations and session materials will also be available on the ACEF 2026 website before and after the Forum.
Travel restrictions related to COVID-19 have been lifted. Vaccination and COVID tests are no longer required for entry to the Philippines. However, registration on eTravel is still required for all international arrivals.

Upon arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), an ADB contact person will be available to assist you. The approximate taxi or Grab fare from the airport to Ortigas Center (where ADB is located) is PHP 1,000 (approximately USD 17–18).
Proceed to the International Organizations Desk, located right after the customs clearance area. An ADB contact person will direct you to the taxi queue.
Proceed directly to the taxi queue outside the arrival area.
Grab is available at the Grab Booth in each terminal. Ask the booth operator to book a ride to your hotel. Approximate fare: PHP 800 (approximately USD 13–14).
Proceed to the Visitors Registration Counter and show your passport or any government-issued ID with photo to get your ACEF badge.
The QR code will also be emailed to you, or you may approach the QR code counter. Ushers will scan your QR code when you enter session rooms.
Connect with ACEF 2026 participants through the ACEF Event App by Whova.
Proceed to the Verification Table and provide your passport or any government-issued ID with photo to confirm your details and the dates you would like to register for.
Proceed to the Payment Table to process your payment.
Proceed to the Visitors Registration Counter and show your ID to collect your ACEF badge.
Upon payment, the ACEF Secretariat will request you to register onsite to the Whova app. The QR code will be emailed to you. Ushers will scan your QR code when you enter session rooms.
Proceed to the mobile application counter for your username and password issuance.
Connect with ACEF 2026 participants through the ACEF Event App by Whova.
Registered participants will be required to present a valid photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.) to claim their ADB-issued building access badges. This must be worn at all times while inside ADB premises. Your unique Wi-Fi username and password will be reflected on your badge.
We encourage you to arrive at the ADB Main Gate along 6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time for seamless registration and ID issuance.
Please note: ADB rates are subject to hotel availability. The ADB rate applies only when booking directly with the hotel contact person listed below — it is not applicable for online or website bookings.
We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible. Hotel rooms at ADB rates are available on a limited basis and are expected to fill up quickly given the high demand for ACEF 2026.

If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending the event. Session recordings will be uploaded to the ACEF YouTube channel after the Forum.
Wearing a face mask while on ADB premises is optional.
Morning and afternoon snacks and drinks will be provided along the Auditorium gallery throughout the Forum days.
Lunch will be served in the Executive Dining Room, 2nd Floor, Special Facilities Block on Forum days.
All presentations and session materials will be available on the event mobile app after the Forum. No printed materials will be distributed at the venue.
The following services and facilities are available at ADB Headquarters, all located on the Ground Floor of the Office Tower Building unless otherwise noted.
Allow extra time: Due to occasional heavy traffic between Ortigas Center and the airport, it is advisable to leave for the airport at least three to four hours before your flight departure.
On your departure day, please confirm your transfer arrangements with the hotel desk in advance. Alternatively, a regular taxi or Grab ride can be taken directly to the airport.
