Adilah has over 20 years of experience across legal, policy and regulatory affairs in banking, telecommunications and technology sectors, with a strong focus on digital development. Before joining ADB’s Digital Sector Office, she was most recently an advisor to Microsoft on digital development policy matters in Malaysia. Prior to that, she led regulatory affairs across several Asian markets for a regional digital services provider and has also held digital transformation and change management roles within Government organisations in Malaysia. Adilah holds an LLM from Columbia University School of Law and a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
