Adita is an Energy Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she works on advancing energy security and the clean energy transition across developing member countries in Asia and the Pacific. She has been supporting the implementation of ADB's technical assistance in a range of areas, including power sector governance, fuel supply de-risking, data center energy demand, and emerging technologies such as marine renewable energy. Prior to joining ADB, Adita worked in the clean energy sector in California, United States and was also a risk consultant at one of the Big 4 advisory firms in Indonesia. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a BS in Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.
