Dr. Chikkatur is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte Consulting US and serves as the Chief-of-Party for the USAID Vietnam Low Emissions Energy Program II (V-LEEP II). He is in-charge of overall in-country activity management, technical oversight and ensuring synergies across V-LEEP II objectives. Dr. Chikkatur has over 18 years of experience in energy markets, integrated resource planning, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and broad energy policy in U.S., Europe, and emerging markets. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and was a postdoctoral researcher on energy technology and policies at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
