Angela Minyi Hou is Lead, Minerals Trade and Public Engagement at the World Economic Forum. She leads government engagement and the international trade and policy dialogue workstream for the Forum's Securing Minerals for Energy and Technologies initiative. Prior to joining the Forum, she served as a Legal and Economic Affairs Officer at the World Trade Organization and as a policy advisor for the Government of Canada. She is a policy practitioner working at the intersection of international trade and investment, natural resources, and development partnerships.
