Ashwin Hosur Viswanath is Senior Project Officer (Urban) in India Resident Mission of Asian Development Bank. He is responsible for implementation of Bank financed urban projects, technical assistance, and grants in India. He is a development professional with focus on climate resilience urban infrastructure, project management, and urban reforms. Ashwin has more than 18 years’ experience with master’s degree in civil-environmental engineering.
