Hadrian is a Manager with Carbon Trust Singapore leading the delivery and growth of the energy practice in the region. He led the delivery of the energy efficiency interventions under the ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme having assisted national institutions of Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. He has gained experience over 9 years across climate and energy policy, low-carbon technology assessments, climate finance, and corporate sustainability. He has experience in policy development and implementation having worked directly with government institutions and private sector. His experience includes working with governments of Lebanon, Mauritius, Eswatini and Indonesia on the design and development of Nationally Determined Contributions.
