Henri Devys is a Senior Markets Development Advisory Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. He specializes in supporting governments and public agencies across Southeast Asia in developing and implementing bankable infrastructure projects through public–private partnerships (PPPs). Henri has extensive experience in PPP policy and regulatory frameworks, project structuring, transaction advisory, and asset monetization strategies. He has led and contributed to complex assignments across sectors and countries, including Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Papua New Guinea.
