Mr. Hyunsu Park is a Principal Researcher and Team Leader at Daewoo Engineering & Construction's Plant R&D Division, where he leads technical R&D and business development for offshore and onshore wind EPC projects. His core expertise spans floating offshore wind substructure design, ULS/FLS structural analysis for 22 MW-class turbines, and in-house Integrated Load Analysis (ILA) — capabilities that directly reduce OEM dependency and improve project bankability. He also leads development of Daewoo E&C's AI-driven EPC platform, including the All-Baro Digital Twin system and plant-specific AI agents that have delivered measurable cost and schedule improvements across live projects. He serves as an evaluation committee member for national R&D programs under KETEP and KEIT, and holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Ajou University and Ph.D. coursework from Yonsei University.
