Indileni is an investment manager at FS Impact Finance, with over 15 years of experience in transaction advisory and consulting. He is focused on the early-stage financing of clean energy infrastructure with the Seed Capital Assistance Facility. He is responsible for the origination, due diligence and contractual agreements for grantees for this donor funded facility. He is also leading the fundraising and design activities for a new blended finance debt vehicle targeting early-stage clean energy in Asia and Africa. Indileni holds a Master in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He also holds a degree in Cost and Management Accounting as well as a degree in Taxation from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Indileni has extensive experience in emerging markets predominantly in Africa as well as Asia and Latin America transactional experience.
