Yoon Hwang is the Key Account Director at Goldwind Asia, where she leads strategic partnerships with major renewable energy developers across the region. With over 15 years of international experience, she has worked across Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East in energy investment, localization, and public-private collaboration.She played a key role in developing Argentina’s 350 MW greenfield wind project and has led localization and market strategies in both Korea and Saudi Arabia. Yoon holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
