Jung is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in infrastructure finance across emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. He currently serves in ADB’s private sector infrastructure finance team covering Southeast Asia. Before joining ADB in 2025, he was a Principal Banker in the energy sector at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), following earlier experience in infrastructure advisory at PwC Korea. He holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School.
