Jung is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in infrastructure finance across emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. At ADB, he is part of the private sector infrastructure finance team covering Southeast Asia. Prior to joining ADB in 2025, Jung served as a Principal Banker in the energy sector at EBRD. Earlier in his career, he worked in Deal Advisory at PwC Korea, focusing on infrastructure projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School.
