Manav K.C. is an Energy Advisor at GIZ Nepal with over eight years of experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable energy policy and implementation. He works on decentralized renewable energy systems, energy efficiency, grid integration, and innovative financing mechanisms to advance sustainable energy access in Nepal. His work includes supporting national energy policies, industrial energy efficiency initiatives, micro-hydropower grid interconnection, and regional knowledge exchange on energy transition. Manav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Pulchowk Campus and an Executive MBA from Kathmandu University School of Management. At ACEF 2026, he will share Nepal’s experience in scaling decentralized renewable energy through digitalization, grid integration, and innovative financing approaches.
