Dr. Mark Richmond comes from a technical background, with a PhD in offshore wind engineering, Mark now serves as the Area Manager covering Taiwan and the Philippines for DNV Renewable Certification. In this role Mark is responsible for the certification of offshore wind projects across Taiwan.
