"Maya is a practitioner with more than 15 years professional experience in the electricity industry, especially in Corporate Finance. She is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance PT PLN (Persero) since October 2022. She is also a member of the Board of Commissioners Committee of PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Investasi since 2021. Prior to her current position, she has held many positions in PLN related to Financial Institutions & Market Research, Offshore Funding, Loan Monitoring and Reporting, and other various functions. Maya has experiences of working on various financing in PLN, such as Export Credit Agency (ECA), two step loans, development bank financing, asset securitization, local bank loans, local bonds and sukuk, international bank loans and global bonds in USD, EUR and JPY, as well as the issuance of Green Loan. She often represents PLN as a speaker in both local and international forums related to her expertise and experience in the field of financial markets (conventional and sharia), energy transition, as well as ESG implementation in infrastructure. Maya holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from The University of Queensland. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Gadjah Mada University with cum laude predicate."
