Navina is a Senior Climate Change Specialist (Just Transition) at the Asian Development Bank, bringing over 15 years of experience in international climate policy and finance. She leads ADB's Just Transition Support Platform. Prior to joining ADB, Navina served as a German member of the UNFCCC Adaptation Committee and as a climate negotiator on the Paris Agreement and the Katowice Rulebook, and led GIZ's just energy transition program in South Africa.
