Dr. Rahel Mandaroux is a Berlin-based climate policy researcher working in the Transformation Pathways department at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). She is part of the International Climate Policy team and works on integrated assessment modelling, climate mitigation pathways, and strategies for achieving deep emissions reductions across sectors. Her research focuses on the feasibility and validation of net-zero and Paris Agreement-aligned transition pathways, with particular attention to energy systems, policy implementation, and institutional constraints.
