Roble Velasco-Rosenheim

Roble has a decade of experience supporting clean energy development in Asia and the Pacific. He is the Director of Partnerships and APAC Markets for the I-REC Standard Foundation, and the founder of SuSca Group and Lock23. Through these roles, Roble has enabled hundreds of entities to source renewable electricity in line with the RE100, Science Based Targets initiative, and other major reporting frameworks. Currently, he is focused on helping governments and utilities to engage in EAC markets through the globally recognized I-REC Standard, and on making Scope 2 and 3 emissions reporting more transparent. To date, Roble has helped process more than $200 million in infrastructure projects for the Asia Development Bank and its regional development partners. He serves as a board member and VP to the Pacific Clean Energy Partners, where he is helping source finance for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in the Pacific Island Countries. Overall, Roble is passionate about bridging public and private sector interests to support high-yield, low-carbon economic growth. He spends most of his free time outside, on or in the water.
