Roka is a Principal Energy Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), serving as the country focal for the energy sectors of the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Nauru. With extensive experience driving sustainable infrastructure across Small Island Developing States (SIDS), Roka leads regional energy policy formulation, strategic planning, and clean energy investment deployment. At ACEF 2026, Roka will moderate the session "Future Ready Power Systems: Building Resilient and Circular Energy Pathways for Pacific Islands," guiding discussions on overcoming structural challenges to build secure, sustainable, and inclusive energy systems in the Pacific.
