With close to two decades of global experience, Shardul brings deep expertise in driving large-scale transformation programs for energy and utilities sector clients, particularly in the areas of energy transition, utilities modernization, and renewables integration. His work spans policy advisory, investment strategy, transformation program governance, and end-to-end execution, positioning him as a trusted advisor to institutions navigating complex regulatory and market environments. Given the surge in global and domestic investments in India’s energy and infrastructure sectors, Shardul leverages his policy insight and ecosystem understanding to help clients shape investment strategies, structure partnerships, and operationalize transformation agendas. Prior to joining PwC India, Shardul spent 12 years with PwC US, where he advised Fortune 500 companies across North America on enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and digital enablement.
