Tharindu De Silva is a Chief Engineer at Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited and serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Power System Strengthening and Renewable Energy Integration Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank. He brings over 12 years of experience in power distribution and has previously served as the Chief Engineer of the Planning and Protection Department. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering.
