Tika Limbu

Tika Limbu has over 32 years of experiences in energy sector development, project administration and portfolio management. He joined ADB as an Energy Economist in 2010, since then he has worked in energy sector in South Asia region including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Before joining ADB, he has worked in private sector, such as Connell Wagner Inc. and Aurecon International, Australia and also with state-owned utilities like Ergon Energy Corporation, Australia, and Nepal Electricity Authority. Mr. Limbu is a Principal Portfolio Management Specialist and heads the Portfolio Management Unit in Bangladesh Resident Mission of ADB. Mr. Limbu is a Registered Professional Engineer. He holds PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia. He has published several peer reviewed publications and has co-authored a book- Energy Efficiency in South Asia- Opportunities for Energy Sector Transformation (2021).
