Vivek Rahi is a Partner and the National Head - Oil & Gas at KPMG in India. In this role, he leads the firm’s Oil & Gas practice, driving strategic initiatives across upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, and new energy domains. He is responsible for shaping sectoral strategy, spearheading policy and regulatory advocacy, enabling digital transformation, and building client relationships with leading energy companies, government bodies, and multilateral institutions. With more than 18 years of experience, Vivek has advised on marquee engagements for governments, national oil companies, and private-sector clients across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His expertise spans oil & gas value chain strategy, energy transition, business transformation, and digital innovation. He has also played a pivotal role in enabling new energy transitions in areas such as biofuels, bio-methane, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilization & storage (CCUS).
